Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?: 30 days with the full Team feature set for up to 3 users and 1 project, with 300 AI credits. No card is required. When the trial ends your data becomes read-only for 30 days until you choose a plan, so nothing is lost.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?: All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
What are AI credits?: Credits measure use of the AI features, such as risk suggestions, mitigation drafting and QSRA AI Mode. They are pooled across your organisation and reset monthly. You are warned at 80% of your pool and can add packs of 250 credits at any time.
How is Enterprise priced?: Enterprise is quoted for each organisation, based on the number of users, the modules and integrations you need, contract term and support level. Most customers start with a paid 90-day pilot on one programme, credited in full against the first year.
Can I change plan or number of users later?: Yes. Team subscriptions can add or remove users at any time and changes are prorated. When you outgrow 25 users, we move you to Enterprise.
How do I pay?: Individual and Team are paid by card through Stripe, monthly or annually. Annual Team and all Enterprise contracts can be invoiced, with Bacs payment on 30-day terms.
